Easy Returns

While we stand behind every product we offer, we understand that sometimes things do not work out as expected. You may change your mind or realize the item is not exactly what you were looking for.

That is why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

If you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please email support@coopsandcrops.com with your order number. We will provide clear instructions to complete your return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in like new condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
Like new means the item shows no visible signs of wear or use. Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery will not be accepted for return.


Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, you must note the damage when signing for delivery and take photos immediately.

Send all photos to support@coopsandcrops.com on the same day your order is delivered.

Coops and Crops will cover the cost of shipping for any defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Please keep all original packaging. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being processed.

We will work quickly to ensure you receive the correct product in proper condition.

Items that become damaged after use are not eligible for a refund unless covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@coopsandcrops.com

Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after shipment will fall under our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.


Additional Return Policy Notes

Some products or vendors may have different return requirements. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return.

We sell to customers who intend to use products for their normal lifespan. Orders placed for temporary or one-time use are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases for trade shows, events, promotional use, or similar purposes.
