Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been pre-authorized.
We then verify that your items are in stock and available for shipment. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email to discuss alternative options.
If your items are available for shipment within 5 business days, we will process your order and begin preparing it for delivery.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within four business days, please contact us at support@coopsandcrops.com, and we will assist you.
International Orders
Our products are designed for use within the United States and operate on a 110V electrical system.
We can ship internationally upon request. Due to varying product sizes and shipping requirements, we will provide a custom shipping quote before processing your order.
If you approve the quote, we will send a secure payment link to complete your purchase.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery or refuse the shipment.
If you accept the delivery, take clear photos of the packaging and any damaged items immediately.
